Chef Aarika’s Simply Series has taken you around the world, now she will lead you on a culinary tour of the United States! It is no secret why savvy food lovers and coffee drinkers have been flocking to the Pacific Northwest! With abundant rainfall comes beautiful produce, the Willamette valley with some of the world’s best Pinot Noir and with the ocean the freshest of seafood! Celebrate the cornucopia that is the Northwest region!

• Smoked Salmon Bruschetta with White Tillamook Cheese
• Hazelnut Salad with Smokey Blue Cheese and Sherry Vinaigrette
• Turkey Breast Steaks with Spiced Pinot Noir Glaze

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
