The world of wine is vast. However, if you know the four major grapes of the world and where they are grown, you will always find a delicious bottle of wine suitable for any occasion. In this class, the focus will be on: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. You will also learn the "Zraly" method of wine tasting, how to decide when to drink/age these major varietals, and fundamentals of food and wine pairings. The cost of the class is $50 per household (no refunds on class fee); the wine cost is $99.99 if purchased through Wine.com. The specific selection of wine, and vintage, can vary state to state but will always be similar in style. All wines have been personally tasted and selected by Kevin.
