The Midwest is known for big cheddars but there are so many other great styles of cheese made in the region. Join us as we explore fantastic cheeses from Wisconsin to Indiana. Sadly, the optional wine pairings will be from somewhere else.


Join sommelier, Marco Villegas and head monger, Rich Rogers as they guide you through the eight cheeses along with some tasty accompaniments. And the best part is, you can participate in your own home!


How Does it Work?

Our mongers put together a plate of delicious cheeses and accompaniments, a printed handout with that night's cheese selection and some fresh sliced baguette from Empire Baking Company. All you'll need to do is unwrap, tune in, get comfy, and enjoy!


What’s a class without wine? There is no way Marco would let us host a class without at least offering some wine to go along with it! Wine options will be available at the time of purchase, so you can enjoy perfect beverage pairings for each class.


Pickup

Your class order pickup between 1pm and 5pm on the day of your class. No need to call ahead, but once you arrive at our Oak Lawn location, give us a call at 214-219-1300. Supply us with the order name; we'll check you off the list, assemble your bag, and run it right out to you, when pull up in front or back of the shop! (We do not offer delivery for virtual classes.)


Streaming

This class will be streamed via Facebook Live at 6 pm the day of your class. Just go to our facebook page @scardellocheese, and click on videos. A recording of the class will be available for 24 hours if you need to catch it later or if you miss the 6 pm start time. The instructional portion should last about 45 minutes, with some time left over for questions.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the start of the live-streaming to receive a refund.
