Calling all chocolate lovers! Pastry Chef Jenna Vosburgh continues to delve into the secrets of those ingredients we all love to use! Learn the history of chocolate and how to use it in diverse applications. Learn firsthand that chocolate isn’t just for dessert!

• Grand Marnier Chocolate Truffles

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
