This fun and educational online course blends wine knowledge with humor to create a relaxed yet structured atmosphere to develop/strengthen your fundamental wine principals in addition to optimizing your enjoyment, appreciation and overall wine experience. This live course is designed for all levels of wine enthusiasts, whether you are seasoned or new to the world of wine!

We begin with the fascinating journey back millions of years ago to the origins of wine and delve into fascinating topics of wine varietal flavor characteristics, grape growing & production methods. In addition, we decipher the clues within wine labels to enable you to identify the flavors and styles inside the bottle ‘before’ you purchase it! We reveal the simple secrets of wine tasting principals as well as food and wine pairing guidelines. The course concludes with the incredible health benefits of wine!
