Join “Chopped” champion Chef Silvia Baldini and Franciacorta Educational Brand Ambassador May Matta-Aliah for an evening of fun and education, Italian Style. Chef Baldini will lead us through a demo of three canapés, perfect for your next aperitivo hour. Educator Matta-Aliah will take us through a tasting of Franciacorta Satèn while sharing informational tidbits about these delicious wines and the region from which they come. Get ready to dazzle your guests at your next cocktail hour in true Italian Style.

Each VIP ticket comes with 1 full-size bottle of Franciacorta Satèn + 2 beautiful Franciacorta Tasting glasses for optimum enjoyment of Italy’s finest sparkling wine. Please note that ingredients for the dishes will not be included in the package, but recipes will be provided in advance.
