This course explores the oldest native grape family in Italy: Lambrusco. It explores its history and origins, as well as specific characteristics and fermentation methods that make its wines so special. This course also focuses on the five main Lambrusco varieties, where they are grown, and how they are managed in the vineyard.
Each module is divided into 4 units all including diagrams, definitions and references to aid learning.
Throughout this course, you will encounter short questions to test your knowledge of the content. These are not for marks. Instead they are opportunities to apply your learning in a safe space.
A final quiz
At the end of the course, you will need to complete a 15-question quiz and achieve 80% in order to pass the course and receive certification. You will be given 3 attempts to pass this quiz and each attempt is limited to 15 minutes.
