Center of Effort and Chef Chris Shackelford of Trelio Restaurant have partnered to bring you a virtual cooking class that will take you step-by-step in preparing a dinner with wine pairings. 

Chef will be creating with you a delicious winter meal of Arugula and Pecorino Salad with Lemon-Black Pepper Vinaigrette and White Bean and Pasta Soup. COE Winemaker Nathan Carlson will join to discuss the wines being paired with the meal.
