It’s autumn, and that means it’s time for apple picking (or at least apple eating!). Maybe you’re planning a weekend of leaf-peeping and orchard visits with friends, or just a wander through your local farmers’ market.

It’s a perfect time to grab your favorite local cider, a bushel of crisp beauties, and a few other seasonal provisions. Now what to do with your hungry and thirsty crew… and all those apples?

We have some inspiration for you!

In this delightfully engaging class, we’ll celebrate and sample the rich history and culture of apples in America. Learn new recipes, entertaining ideas, and tidbits of history and lore.

Cook along with Annette to prepare a simple and quick post-picking feast with apples at the fore. Then shake up some apple-focused beverages, both on the spirited and softer side, with Lisa.
