We are often asked “What difference do different oaks make to the wine?” So our wine maker, Lance Castle, decided to do an experiment to show those differences. He reserved a small portion of our 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon and aged it across three different Oaks – American, French and Hungarian.
Join us on Saturday Feb. 29th at 3:00 PM for our 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Oak Experiment Pairing. Lance will be presenting the three different Cabernets each paired a different small plate.
Tickets: $60/person
