West Wines Dry Creek Valley tasting room is the place to enjoy a well aged Cabernet Sauvignon and other fine wines. Our winemaking is inspired by French traditions of elegance and complexity combined with the fruity and rich flavors from our grapes grown in our sustainably farmed vineyards.
Our tasting room is just a few feet from our vineyards where you can sit and enjoy the view. We are open from 11am to 4:00 Thursday through Monday, Saturdays 11am to 5pm.

Our organic vineyards have been certified since 1986, so synthetic pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers are not used. Every day is Earth Day in Yorkville. Here you will find the only winery to grow and produce all 8 of the main Bordeaux grapes each as a varietal wine: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Amista Vineyards in Dry Creek Valley focuses on Single-Vartiel wines and produces Award-Winning Estate-Grown Sparkling Wines, Estate-Grown Chardonnay, Syrah and Rose. We also produce Zinfandel from 65 year old vines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Port-style Dessert Wine. Amista is a small production winery that does not distribute its wines. We are all about Bubbles and Making Friends! Tasting room open daily from 11:00-4:30.
