Vino di Savino is a wine education and wine tasting business that brings the world of wine to your doorstep. We customize all of our events and tailor the wines to your interest and flavor profile. We are not aligned with any specific winery so we can offer wines from anywhere as long as they are distributed locally, and there is no pressure to buy any wine. We can let you know where we procured the wines if you really like them. Please call us for a free consultation and price quote.
Dany invites you to discover and appreciate wines using the Sensory Method developed by the London-based certification authority Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
This systematic approach to tasting provides a structured way to generate a complete description of the wine. It suggests a common vocabulary that can be used to communicate your perceptions. The first part is purely objective -- how the wine presents itself to your eyes, nose, and palate. The second part teaches you to draw conclusions.
