2006 Chardonnay White Wine, Unopened, Is It Good.

Can I still use this wine for cooking, or drinking?
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

The answer depends on the specific Chardonnay. If the wine is just a "basic," then it will probably be fine unless the bottle has been kept in a very hot place. On the other hand, if this is a more serious example, then the wine may still be young and capable of further bottle development if stored properly. So it all depends on the exact wine!
