Cost: $87.95 plus HST for 2
Chef William from Bacio Trattoria and Trent from Wine Journeys will provide a meal kit for 2 (Caprese Salad, Spaghetti & Meatballs with Bacio's house made pasta and tomato sauce, small bottle of sparkling wine, 750 mL red wine). Vegetarians - we will substitute breaded eggplant for meatballs. Email/message us if you want a vegetarian option. Ticket holders can pick up their kit at Bacio Trattoria on Thursday, April 9 or the afternoon of Friday, April 10.
Chef Will will take you through the finishing touches on the dinner using Zoom. Then Trent will take over. He will give you his thoughts on the wines and the food pairings and answer your questions.
It's like dining out while staying in! This is as close as we can get to our usual monthly tasting dinners at Bacio in the virtual world.
Tickets are $87.95 plus HST for dinner for 2 including wine. Sales end April 8.
