Free Admission! Attendees are invited to bring their own chairs. No seating is provided. There is no cost to attend the concerts. Concerts are approximately 80-90 minutes in length. Concerts are located at the Riverfront Park Outdoor Grass Amphitheater in Oro Valley, AZ.
Desert Winds Steel Orchestra has grown to 15+ members who have discovered the joy of music making in an ensemble setting. Their repertoire includes Latin and pop songs and an array of island tunes that will create an atmosphere of pure joy regardless of the setting in which they are playing. Having already produced five CD’s, their newest release entitled “Sweeter On Steel” is now available. Their appeal to audiences of all ages led them to be repeatedly invited to perform at Cricket Pavilion to entertain the crowd of party-goers prior to performances by the immensely popular Jimmy Buffett.
