Cheese wars are back! This year we’ve brought back the multi-night competition. The evening features a blind tasting of cheeses from the two competing areas and libations, of course. At the end of the night, a victor will be crowned and move on to the final. Only one can claim the Tour victory and wear the yellow jersey!
Classes may be purchased online at scardellocheese.com. To cancel, please call 214.219.1300. Scardello will provide a full refund when canceling 48 hours before the start of the class. A 50% refund will be given when canceling 24 hours in advance. There is no refund when canceling the day of the class. Scardello has a strict cancellation policy.
