The team at Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse – Mequon invites you to join us at the Textbook wine dinner on Thursday, April 30, 2020. These serious wines are a real treasure and are paired beautifully with the exceptional cuisine of Executive Chef Amber Dorszynski. Join us and enjoy the flavors of deep red fruit, dense textures and the firm balance that winemakers are seeking in a classic Oakville red wine.
Textbook specializes in growing and crafting small lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay grown in the Oakville, Yountville and Los Carneros appellations. The primary vineyard source for the "Mise en Place" Cabernet Sauvignon is the rocky edges of the Oakville district and the winery crafts its varietals next door to the likes of Screaming Eagle, the Rudd and Harlan estates. Other sites complement their wines and add structure, depth and finesse.
Hand-picked, hand-sorted and carefully handled at every step, our "small lot" winemaking is evident from the minute the cork is pulled. They don't call their wines "Textbook" for nothing.
Executive Chef Amber Dorszynski has created a four-course menu that draws inspiration from the wines of Textbook. Please make plans to join us for this unforgettable dining experience.
