Course one:
Warm pimento cheese tea sandwiches
Baked potato soup
Chicken and sausage gumbo
Hush puppies, perfect little fried corn lovins’
“Barbecued” broccoli, little spicy sundried tomato sauce
Mac & cheese gratin with bacon and a hint of spice
Small lunch salad du week
Course two:
Peppercorn crusted prime rib, smashed taters, horseradish, a hint of smoke
Crab cakes over hoppin’ john, baby lettuces, herbed vinaigrette
Shrimp & Grits, shrimp, trinity sauce, creamy grits, so much love
Chicken & dumplings, straight from my grandmama
Pork & Beans, slow cooked pork belly, red beans, slow cooked greens
Blackened salmon & succotash, citrus vinaigrette
Farmer’s market veggie plate, a weekly rotating selection of seasonal local veggies
Large lunch salad du week (you may add a crab cake, salmon, roasted chicken tenders, or a slice of prime rib)

Key Lime pie
Ambrosia
Banana puddin’ crème brulée
