K&L Wine Merchants is pleased to invite you to an intimate evening celebrating one of Bordeaux's most revered Right Bank estates, Château Angélus. This is an exciting opportunity to taste a variety of vintages with the château’s proprietor, Hubert de Boüard de LaForest, alongside an exceptional four-course dinner from Chef Curtis Stone’s Gwen restaurant. We will begin the evening at 6:30pm with hors d'oeuvres and glasses of the 2006 Billecart-Salmon “Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart” Brut Champagne. To accompany the meal we will drink the 2016 Le Carillon de l’Angélus, the 2016 Château Bellevue, and Château Angélus from the 1994, 2010, 1985, 2015, and 2016 vintages. We’ll cap off the evening with a very special tasting of Boüard de LaForest’s South African estate, the 2015 Klein Constantia "Vin de Constance” Muscat, widely considered one of the great classic dessert wines of the world.
