Join us for our first wine dinner of the season Friday, May 15, 2020 with Fulcrum Wines owner/winemaker David Rossi.
David began making wine in the basement of his North Jersey home. That evolved to planting some vineyards in Monmouth County and learning about viticulture before heading out to California. Today, David has emerged as one of California's sought after Pinot Noirs makers.

The wine dinner will feature 6 of David's wines of which 3 will be Pinot Noir. Chef Gus will have a dynamic 5-course pairing menu prepared in the upcoming weeks.
