Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her residency location, KnB Bistro La Jolla for the return of bourbon dinners! We have a fantastic evening planned, focused on award-winning and new releases from Heaven Hill. We'll be featuring 6 fantastic selections 2 ryes and 4 bourbons. As a special treat, we'll be pouring Heaven Hill's newly released 7 Year Bottled in Bond, which was just ranked at #4 of the top whiskies in world by Whisky Advocate and Old Fitzgerald 15 Year, which typically goes for $400+ a bottle. And in the event you need another reason to register for this one-night-only experience, all registered attendees will also have the opportunity to take home a bottle of Heaven Hill 7 Year for just $0.07! Revered Whisky Educator, Jack Choate will be joining us from the distillery to present these exceptional whiskies and offer insights on each selection. Each selection will be paired with its own spirit inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine and spirits, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each selection is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each selection. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each spirit. With a passion for food, wine and spirits, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of whiskey, food & educational insights!
