Head to one of Tampa's premier dinning spots for a late afternoon rooftop tasting of current releases from one of California's top wine producers. Some of winemaker Dave Phinney's best creations such as Papillon, Mannequin, and 8 Years in the Desert, will be included in this event, along with paired bites from the resident executive chef.
