Learn with Sommelier David LeClaire, who will walk you thru the fundamentals behind the science of what works, and what doesn't, and why!

In just one fun evening you will understand the essential basics for where to start on your future wine and food pairing experiences! (Foods served will be simple raw foods for illustrative purposes only, so eat before you arrive!)
