Join us for a night dedicated to celebrating our 275th anniversary with pairings inspired by our delicious past. Laurie Forster, Sommelier and Comedienne, will be your host for an evening that will be both educational and entertaining.
Each course will tell a story of how wine and spirits were an integral part of the dining experience in colonial times. We will also be joined by noted local historian, Tom McGuire who will round out the night with a Q&A over dessert. You'll learn, laugh and never look pairings the same way again!
Tickets are $95 and include a sparkling reception with hors d'oeuvres, a 4-course meal with pairings and of course, Laurie’s famous “edu-tainment!”
