Join Fleming's on Wednesday, February 26 at 6:30 p.m. for an exclusive Schramsberg Vineyards wine dinner with special guest, proprietor and vintner Hugh Davies. The evening, hosted by Chef Partner Kevin Monahan and Wine Manager Casey Valverde, will feature a five-course California-inspired wine pairing that begins with beef carpaccio crostini with Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs North Coast, 2016. Next guests will enjoy a beet & goat cheese salad with Schramsberg Brut Rosé North Coast, 2015. The next course is sea scallops with Davies, Pinot Noir Ferrington Vineyards Anderson Valley, 2017 followed by Black Label Wagyu New York Strip with J. DAVIES, Diamond Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, 2015. End with dark chocolate mousse with coffee and tea service.
