The family traces back to 1748 when Jean-Georges Lorentz settled in Bergheim, the heart of the domaine, and the estate was founded in 1836. It is now run by the seventh generation of the family.
Chefs Shaun Desaulniers and Shamir Bechara are creating an impressive, innovative and complimentary pairing menu inspired by Asian flavours for this multi-course dinner.
