2020年5月14日（木）に予定しておりましたWine Auction Partyの開催ですが、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響を鑑み、ご来場されるお客さまや出演者さま、関係者の健康および安全を最優先に考慮した結果、止む無く延期させて頂くこととなりましたので、お知らせいたします。

Wine Auction Party延期に伴い、日本人オークショニアによるOnline Live Wine Auctionの開催を現在準備中です。家飲みワインをはじめ幅広いラインナップのリストです。詳細の日時や登録方法につきましては、改めましてメールとSNSの投稿でご案内いたします。

We regret to inform you that, in response to the recent Coronavirus outbreak, the "Wine Auction Party" originally scheduled to be held on May 14th, 2020 has been postponed until a later date.
In an effort to prioritize the health and safety of all participants, we have decided to postpone the party. We will inform you once a new date has been confirmed.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Online Live Wine Auction
Due to the postponement of the Wine Auction Party we are now preparing the premier Japan-only Online Live Wine Auction. There will be an extensive and attractive lineup including wines perfect for a home stay. We will post the details as soon as we have the information.

希少なワインや、普段触れる機会の少 ない逸品を落札できるイベントです。第四回目となる東京オークションは個人のワインラバーやビギナーの方にもお求めやすい1本単位からのロットが多く出品 されます。パーティではフレンチフルコースのお食事の前にミニコンサートもご用意しております。 ワイン好きの皆さまのご参加を心よりお待ちしております。

キャンセルポリシー：キャンセルの場合は、キャンセル料を頂きます。

返金はカード利用明細に反映されるまで、最大で7〜14営業日かかります。

Join our party-style wine auction, where you can enjoy fine wines selected by Acker Wines and a Tokyo night view from the top of Caretta Shiodome. At our 4th Wine Auction Party, you can bid on fine and rare wines, with a list that will be attractive to everyone from a novice to a lifelong wine collector. A full-course French dinner will be served and there will be a live musical performance as well.

Please pay the participation fee in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
Acker Wines Japan will email you with directions on payment method (credit card or bank transfer)
Notification within 3 business days after you make an entry to the party. The reservation is confirmed with receipt of payment. Please note that seating is limited and subject to availability. If payment is by bank transfer, then the payer is responsible for all transaction fees.
Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation 2 days (4pm) prior to the event is 30% charged, the day (4pm) before is 50%, on event day (4pm) is 100%. After paying the cancellation fee, the remaining participation fee, if any, will be refunded. It will take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed if it was paid by credit card. It will take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed if it was paid by bank transfer.
