Join us with special guest Trevor Hertrich for a five-course tasting menu prepared by Executive Chef Dan Ratigan and his team, paired with superb wines from Idiot's Grace in the Columbia Gorge, selected by sommelier Andrew Wiese, who says: "These wines have impressed me every vintage for the past few years; they're balanced, refreshing, uniquely delicious and wonderful with our Pacific Northwest cuisine".

'Brian realizes an inherent folly in his chosen trade, hence the winery name, borrowed from lyrics in a Kevin Salem song.
Its self-deprecating, Brian says. Its about the recklessness of buying a farm in this day and age. Thats idiotic. And partnering with plants and microbes to create this mystical thing?
He smiles and shakes his head. Were watching and waiting.'
