Wine Weekend @ Central PA B&B W/Sommelier Marc Supsic

Cost: $150 per person, $275 per couple, plus room cost.

Wine lovers, here’s your chance to immerse yourself in a fun weekend of wine, food and adventure with a seasoned professional!

Relax and learn, as Diploma-Certified wine expert and, “Traveling Sommelier,” Marc Supsic comes to Mercersburg to lead a series of private wine tasting events, created just for the guests of the Mercersburg Inn. Marc’s approach is easygoing, non-judgmental, and simple; and whether you’re new to wine or a seasoned Epicurean, you’ll find yourself a bit more inspired and savvy.

Marc has been conducting these events for over five years now, and they’ve created quite a following in other locations. Many Wine Weekend attendees become close friends and return every year to catch up and, “wine-down,” with Marc.

Weekend Schedule

Friday

• 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm – Group Meet and Greet with wine and Hor D’oeuvres
• Dinner is optional

Saturday

• 8:00 am - 9:30 am – Breakfast and Bubbles
• 10:00 am – Wine Apps Workshop: Marc will show the group how to build two simple apps that pair perfectly with red and white wines. Take these easy tips home and impress your guests at your next party!
• 12:30 pm – Light lunch with wine
• 2:00 pm – Free time & tea social: Hot tea will be served in the Great Room
• 7:00pm – Family-Style Mediterranean Wine Pairing Dinner

Sunday

• 8:00am-9:30pm - Breakfast

Prices

$150 per person, includes wine tasting, cooking session, educational session, and dinner with wine pairings. Price does not include tax or accommodations.
