Chef Francesca Penocelli will craft 4 courses to compliment the Piemonte wines Beni di Batasiolo from the Dogliani family. Francesca will share some traditional family recipes as well as some new creations made just for this event. Stefano Poggi (CSW, Italian Wine Specialist N.A.S.A.), who has worked with the Dolgiani family for 15 years in the Americas, will be on hand to discuss the wines and the region.
Mario Cassineri is sure to be there as well.
