The Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation is proud to partner with Silver Oak in Napa, California for an exclusive event on Saturday, April 25, 2020. Perfectly Paired for CARES will take place at Silver Oak, where they have over 400 acres of vines in Napa Valley and Alexander Valley to focus on one varietal, Cabernet Sauvignon, aged exclusively in American oak and worthy of cellaring for decades. Perfectly Paired for CARES will include a tour of the California Wine Country at Silver Oak along with their wines and a food pairing curated by Chef Dominic Orsini. The evening will also entertain guests with live music and a keynote delivered by Olympic Gold Medalist and Cancer Survivor Scott Hamilton. All proceeds will benefit the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation.
