Gianni Buonomo Vintners just returned home from the 2020 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition with TWO GOLD MEDALS!
It’s time to join Team Gianni and winemaker Keith Rolle for a celebration of these gold medal winners: 2015 Barbera and 2015 Avennio.
Chef Max Farina of Zafferano Catering is creating a fabulous 3-course dinner to pair with these exquisite wines.
This casual, 3-course dinner includes a glass of either of these Gold Medal wines.
Bottles of both of these wines will be specially priced for this celebration night only.

Caponata con Burrata
Traditional caponata(sweet and sour): Italian eggplant, cherry tomato sauce, kalamata olives, capers, onions with fresh burrata cheese.
Polenta e Maiale
Soft polenta with Italian fennel sausage ragú and pork shoulder. (Ask for vegetarian option)
Cassata Siciliana
A traditional Sicilian Cake with ricotta cream, chocolate chips, marzipan.
