Asheville’s Best Free Wine Tasting! Just stop by — we’ve got plenty of free parking.

With 2020 off to a great start, we’ve been adding new and exciting wines to the store like crazy. And we’re super pumped to pull the corks on some of our new favorites. Stop by to taste, learn and save every Saturday at Table Wine. You won’t regret it!

All of the featured tasting wines are being offered at 20% off by the bottle on tasting day only!

1. 2018 Handwerk Gruner Veltliner (Kamptal, Austria)
Holy Moly, this stuff is good! Coming in a liter bottle, giving you an extra 1/3 of a bottle, this is a textbook example of Austrian Gruner Veltliner. Dry, zesty and laced with green apple, pear, herb and white pepper notes, it's the perfect "house white."

2. 2018 Domaine Duffour Cotes de Gascogne Blanc (Gascogne, France)
Michel Duffour makes one of the best white wine values in the world. Located in SW France, this tank-fermented blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng is fresh, zesty, exotic and aromatic. Big notes of melon, mixed citrus and herbs flow with full force in this budget-priced white.

3. 2018 El Jefe Grande Tempranillo (La Mancha, Spain)
It’s organic, it comes in a bigger bottle, it’s delicious, and it’s less than $15! For those looking for a low alcohol, cleanly made and satisfying red wine, look no further. Boasting ripe notes of dark cherry, plum and spice notes, this medium-bodied, easy-drinking red is going to please lots of palates.

4. 2017 Celler de Capcanes Mas Donis ‘Old Vines’ (Montsant, Spain)
Drinking like a top flight Priorat but selling for a fraction of the price, Mas Donis is always one of the great red wine values in the world. A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah, this head Mediterranean blend is generous, round, rich and spicy.

5. Surprise Wine
Like highly rated Super Tuscans? Then you’ll want to get here early to try this one. We’ll only open one bottle so come early or forever hold your peace.
