This Febraury, the historic Gilbert Scott is opening up their cellar and chef’s table for a special wine experience with one of Tuscany’s oldest and finest producers – Marchesi Antinori.
When it comes to Italian wine, there is no more famous than Antinori. With a history that dates back six centuries, the wine-making family has been responsible for some incredible innovations in the region, playing an instrumental role in the Super Tuscan revolution in the 1970s.
In this intimate, eight-seat event, you’ll enjoy unparalleled access to both The Gilbert Scott kitchen and the team behind the Antinori brand. Venture to the restaurant’s engine room to watch the chefs create five carefully curated courses, while learning about and tasting five distinctive Italian wines with our Head Sommelier, Juan Marcos Perez. We’ll be focusing particularly on the Le Mortelle Estate, found in the heart of Maremma.
