Our BYOB events are always popular. Everyone gets to share one of their gems with fellow wine lovers and people bring some extraordinary wines. Each person brings a bottle on the theme.
The theme for this BYOB is a Barolo, Barbaresco, Bordeaux or Burgundy with at least 10 years of age.
We return to our favorite venue, Tre Scalini on Wooster Street. So check your wine cellar and sign up and also send me an email with the wine you plan to bring. It would be nice if you would give a little background on the wine and how you came upon the bottle, but not essential. The main thing is to share something special with special people.
The pice includes tax and tip. Snow date is Feb. 12.
Special notice to wine lovers without an aged BBBB: Tre Scalini has a wonderful wine list, including many bargains in their Library Collection so maybe you could induce Joe to sell you a bottle off the list.
