Spanish cuisine with a focus on Paella. Paella is a dish so rich in history and variation that the whole class will focus on paella alone. We will do two different varieties, one seafood and one chicken. We will also explore the subtle variations between paella and caldera (sometimes anecdotally called the feminine paella). If you want to visit Valencia Spain or wish to travel back in memory, this is your opportunity.

All cooking classes include the class and a multi course meal. Water, tea and coffee are included in the cost. Wine, beer and cocktails are available for purchase.
