Specific grape growing and winemaking technology has developed and prospered and involves special treatment or techniques in the vineyard or winery. In this course you will learn about Late Harvest and Ice wines, Vin Santos and Sauternes, as well as fortified examples including Sherry, Madeira, and Port. Of course you will get a chance to sample some of the best dessert wines available and learn about matching them with specific foods and desserts! Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
