Join Chef John Jadamec to help celebrate the Year of the Rat on Saturday, January 25, at Tulalip Resort Casino’s Journeys East restaurant. The Year of the Rat 2020 will be a year of new beginnings!
Journeys East will feature its Dang Hong Fried Chicken dinner special throughout their Lunar New Year celebration. It is half of a chicken simmered in a broth of clove, red pepper, orange peel, bay leaf, rock sugar and salt. The chicken is then deep-fried to a crispy golden brown and finished with cilantro, salt, white pepper and lime. Guests can also order from the full menu that artfully combines the best culinary traditions of Japan, Thailand, China, Korea and Vietnam.
The Journeys East Lunar New Year special will be available on January 25 from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
