We invite you to the winery to meet the chef and winemaker and enjoy a casual dinner in the winery surrounded by barrels. Our chef in March is Matt Collier, who sources all the ingredients from local farmers and ranchers in Boulder County.
1 - Sweet potato and roasted pepper fritter with pesto aioli and arugula – paired with 2019 Viognier
2 - Slow roasted pork shoulder with purple potato roasted potatoes, carrot coulis, mushrooms and red wine jus – paired with 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
3 - Blue cornmeal cake with cardamom honey frosting and candied beets – paired with 2013 Souzao (port-style)
