Join Cognac Park and Pastiche on Friday, January 17th at 1 p.m. for an educational seminar highlighting the history and production of Cognac. Guests can enjoy cultured cocktails by Pastiche paired with exquisite French pastries from La Boulangerie while listening to special guest, Anais Brisson of Cognac Park.Born and raised in Cognac, France, Anaïs Brisson is the US Operations Manager for Distillerie Tessendier, makers of Cognac Park. Steeped in tradition, the Brisson family estate has been growing grapes and distilling wines for world-renown Cognac houses for generations. Produced in The Borderies, an exclusive growing area of France's Cognac region, Cognac Park offers a wide range of traditional cognacs with a contemporary twist. Produced and owned by the 4th generation of the Tessendier family, producers, growers, and distillers since 1880, the style of the house is pure and elegant with an intense focus on terroir.
This evening will be the perfect marriage of event and venue, with Pastiche’s cozy European vibe. Inspired by the travels of owners Benjamin Krick and Lucas Bradbury, Pastiche opened its door in the Fall of 2019 with a concept of Old World charm meets good ol’ Southern hospitality. Filled with vintage furnishings, the cozy interior invites you to kick back, relax and unwind. The menu is an eclectic blend of some of the finest European ingredients, crafted in such a way as to forever redefine what you expect of a cocktail. For those who prefer a good vino, Pastiche boasts an impressive selection of European wines sure to delight the most discriminating palate.
