This unique 40 contact hour upper level college like course focuses on developing technical wine and food pairing skills -- and is the only course of its kind offered in the United States.
A combination of lectures, tastings, and pairing exercises will allow students to develop an advanced understanding of wine and food pairing.
Each class includes a multi-protein, wine-paired meal - prepared by one of our professional chefs - to illustrate the impact of sauces, spices, and cooking techniques on proteins when making wine pairing decisions

Each class includes a multi-protein meal - prepared by one of our professional chefs - with 5 wines. The purpose of the meal is to illustrate the impact and importance of sauces, spices, and cooking techniques on proteins when making wine pairing decisions.
