Cofield is one of the newest cheese producers in Sebastopol, specializing in proper British selections like their outstanding McKinley Cheddar which we feature on our Wine & Cheese Pairing. Much like our story, Wm. Cofield began as a partnership between two friends, winemaker Rob Hunter, and cheesemaker Keith Adams.
