Love is in the air, which means lots of wine, cheese & chocolate! Come enjoy the cooler Florida winter in the winery, we've moved the class from the tasting room into the indoor winery event space. The class is lead by Tonda Corrente, Lisa Wilk and Jill Ramsier- the trio will guide the class through 5 unique and tasty pairings created to engage the tasters' palate. Find the perfect pairings for your remaining Galentine's or Valentine's celebrations!

SEATING NOTE: If your party of 4-8 or more will be purchasing tickets separately- please email info@quantumleapwinery.com with the names of ticket purchasers in your party, so that you may be seated together. If you have not notified us in advance, we cannot guarantee your party will be seated together for class!

If under 48 hours in advance in please call the winery at 407-730-3082 as we DO have a waitlist of people wanting tickets. **Please note - Tickets are non-transferable and we CANNOT honor any ticket that is not purchased directly from the Quantum Leap website, and presented with a matching valid ID.
About The Tasty Trio:
For the love of cheese! Tonda of La Femme Du Fromage at East End Market will share her expertise on the cheese-making process and the artisan cheeses paired, along with her pro tips and principles of how to get the most from the 4 featured wine and cheese pairings.
Lisa is the founder of Orlando Uncorked, a local wine educator, wine and food writer and blogger at Taste Cook Sip.com. Lisa will guide the class through 4 wine and Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park chocolate confection pairings.
Jill is the Co-Owner of Orlando's first and only winery, Quantum Leap. Jill is a seasoned marketing executive that spent over 12 years in the restaurant marketing world before making the full leap into the world of wine. Jill will be educating the class on the 5 Quantum Leap wines made from grapes sourced from the best wine-making regions around the world.
