Valentine's Day Celebration at La Folie

On Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14, La Folie in San Francisco will be seating from 4:00 to 10:30 PM with three seating start times serving a $280.00 five-course prix fixe menu that will include Tsar Nicoulai Golden Osetra Caviar with Dungeness crab gelée and watercress cream; Spring Asparagus Soup with a soft boiled quail egg with truffle; Butter Poached Lobster with sheep milk ricotta agnolotti and brown butter sauce; Snake River Farm Eye of the Ribeye with potato beef tongue pavé, pickled shallots and a Madeira sauce or Poached Spanish Turbot with Bloomsdale spinach and morrel cream sauce; Passion Fruit and Guajana Chocolat Bombe; and Petits Fours and La Folie Chocolat. Prices exclude tax and gratuity.
