Chart House Annapolis To Celebrate Valentine's Day In Style At Wine Dinner

Chart House invites Annapolis wine aficionados to wine and dine at the Hearts + Vines Wine Dinner on Wednesday, February 12 at 6:30 p.m.  Enjoy a decadent 4-course dinner and wine pairing, elegantly prepared for the discerning palate. 

First Course
• Sea Scallop Crudo – Pickled bell peppers, micro herbs, pink peppercorn vinaigrette
Chemistry Pinot Noir Rosé, Willamette Valley, Oregon

Second Course
• Crispy King Salmon ~ Sous Vide – Warm roasted parsnips salad, strawberry gastrique
Fisher Vineyards “UNITY” Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley, California

Third Course
• Cast Iron Seared Lamb T-Bone – House-made potato chips, gorgonzola cheese, savory blackberry chutney
Domaine Jean-Louis Chave “Mon Coeur,” Côtes-du-Rhône, France

Fourth Course
• S’mores Waffles – Toasted marshmallows, sea salt chocolate dipping sauce
