Mat Dellar, TOR's COO and one of the 52 Masters of Wine in North America, will be our special guest for the evening. He has devoted decades to finding what constitutes a great wine, and will guide you through an evening of wonderfully crafted wines paired with a four-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Charles Wiley.
