The Urban Winery teams up with Denizens Brewing to explore cheese pairing with both wine and beer. Certified Ciserone Benjamin Hunter faces off against Sommelier Damon Callis to see who arrives at the best combinations of flavor profiles. In this hour and a half class we will chat about the characteristics of each beverage and how flavor notes in each pair well with different types of cheeses. We will discuss the process of food pairing and answer any related questions you may have in our round table discussion.
