Our four dinners in December at Shoe & Canoe all sold out, and our four 2019 evenings at ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen sold out too, so we’re combining these concepts to offer Shoe & Canoe Kitchen Parties!
We’ll be watching chefs Paul Audet and Phil Andrews cook our dishes and talk us through the steps and techniques in the private upstairs kitchen, and we’ll take home the recipes after enjoying six courses of this delicious food, with each dish carefully paired to complement the flavours.
Some people said that our February evening for Valentine’s Day was the best event they'd ever been to, so join us for our March evening on the 1st day of Spring to celebrate fresher food and the end of winter!
