In the ex-Avec Bistro location on 11 Avenue SW, Chef Ly has refreshed the look of the restaurant, and together with chefs Jay Magnaye (of Foreign Concept) and Jose Battad (of Oxbow), they have put their own delicious stamp on French dishes.
