Next April we'll head back to Georgia to visit with our great friends at Sweet Grass Dairy and make our own cheese. We'll spend 3 days exploring the back roads of Southwest Georgia and find some of the coolest people running the top spots. White Oak Pastures, Sundown Plantation, Sweet Grass Dairy and more. We'll make our own cheese and pizza to start the show and of course we'll have world class bubbles to wash it all down. We'll learn from propriertor Chef Jeremy Little how to make our own Tomme cheese which will be shipped to us months later after it ages.
We'll voyage to White Oak Pastures to meet the Harris family and learn more about farming "the right way" than you ever thought you'd know. We'll make our own candles, learn leather work and of course eat local and drink rose! A wine and cheese pairing class lead by some cool wine-o, if we can find one. Southern breakfasts each morning by award winning Chef Matt Moore (Executive Chef, Watercolors Resort) and a whole hog dinner to finish the events.
